I just had a look to see if I could get it for you (via the shop I work at) but it is, unfortunately, out of print, which explains why the price is so high on Amazon. I also had a look in our back-issues but we only have a few oddments, nowhere near the full series. Sorry.

They might start printing it again with Guardians of the Galaxy hitting cinemas next year.

I'd not be surprised if an Annihilation Omnibus was on its way, collecting that and Conquest.

I've so far got/ordered the following
Annihilation vol 1-3 Nova vol 1 & 2 Guardians of the galaxy vol 1-4
Need to get Annihilation conquest vol 1 & 2 and then i'll grab the Thanos imperative next! Is it worth reading the entire Nova run?

Indeed it is. Also check out Secret Invasion: Inhumans for some more awesome cosmic stuff.

It is. Nova is the best one. And as Lem said, SI Inhumans as its worth reading before War of Kings (which is also needed on that list) Realm of Kings comes after but to be honest the minis that came out with it arent that great and you get enough of the gist from the tie-ins in Guardians and Nova.
