I can see that 616 Wolverine will die while Ultimate Wolverine leaves the Ultimate Universe and joins the 616 universe while Galactus returns in the ultimate universe and destroys the Earth. However, the ultimate universe go over to 616 and leave to another planet to start looking for different universes so they can start anew. However, the Marvel Zombies attack which leads to Marvels next big event where it's 616 and the Ultimates verses the Zombies. It ends with 616 Wolverine returning as a zombie where we see a fight between the Ultimate Wolverine and 616 zombie Wolverine duke it out. We see the 616 die again and so the Ultimate Universe go to live in the Marvel Zombie Universe. Killing off the final zombies and rebuilding humanity. It thus concludes with 616 Wolverine going back in with his healing Factor intact. Considering this is Marvel, they may in fact do that. They love these weird big crossovers where heroes fight heroes and what better way to see heroes fight then to see three versions fight at the same time?

Sigh. Spider-Men was a nice experiment, but I don't think they need to do this. Of course, it'll likely make them lots of money, so they'll probably do it anyway.

Even though I don't check out the Ultimate Universe any more, this seems a bit... pointless. Apart from the financial incentive of course.
People won't be happy to see Ultimate Spider-Man end.

I wouldnt mind seeing Bendis writing Avengers vs. Ultimates as a follow up to Spider-Men with whatever Spider-Man is about in 2014 and as long as Miles is actually on the Ultimates, if its someone else and just a random mini I wouldnt be so happy about it. Though end of the ult universe-wise I doubt it as Marvel are only just beginning to start up new Ultimate minis like Iron Man and Wolverine, unless its the end of an era like Ultimatum.

If they do get rid of the Ultimate U, I could see Miles coming to 616.

Did you read Spider-Men?
Just waiting for Marvel to follow that up now, with the ending an whatnot.
[Was going to write spoilers, but I'm not sure how to get round it, without the ability to write in white text or the wee spoiler box functions on this forum yet.]

Considering quite a lot of the movie-verse stuff is heavily influenced by the Ultimate line, it'd be weird to get rid of it when the movies are in full swing.
