So with a move to a new forum, things can seem awfully scary so I thought it would be fun to have a little Q&A thread. For example, what is the exalt/smite thing on a persons name? I've darent tried it and don't know if its a mod thing or not, so you're all welcome to exalt/smite this post to see what happens. I say that now expecting nothing but smites

It gives (exhalt) or takes (smite) "karma" points. I think it might only be available to Admins/Mods but please point out if I'm wrong. A way of seeing if people are liked or not I suppose. No need to thank me for that 1 karma point by the way.

This isn't really a question but how shall we set up the rules and guidelines for the new forum. Shall we stick with the old rules but modify them or start again?

Its up to Britanix but I think a simple copy/paste rules from panini would be fine. Only difference would be now someone will enforce them.

Yeah, and I think we can get rid of the "No Bad Language" rule as long as we don't use it excessively. We're all pretty much adults now anyway.

I've been thinking about forum rules and I think a copy paste job with a few tweaks will be adequate. We can always change any as the forum evolves. If there's any particular rules you'd like added/removed/altered let me know or start a thread on the Feedback, Suggestions and Requests board. Everything here is open for discussion. It's our forum so our rules.
